Order
You can track your order by following any of the below options :
1. Go to nooe.co > at the right bottom click on the support icon > under view order
status click on find your order > Fill in your order no. and contact/email then click on
view order.
2. Write to us at sup@nooe.co by keeping the Order no as the subject e.g.
"TRACKING FOR ORDER NO. XXX"
All orders are shipped from Trenton, New Jersey
Currently we do not have this option available.
There is a high possibility that the product might have been sold out by the time you
were exploring.
Please write to us at sup@nooe.co or whatsapp us, to know about the same. Also,
subscribe to our mailing list to be notified when new drops/products go live.
You can cancel your order within the first 4 hours of the order confirmation.
1. Head to in.nooe.co > click on the support icon at the right bottom > click on chat
with us/leave a message.
2. Write to us at sup@nooe.co
Please mention "CANCELLATION." as the subject and add order ID, email
address,phone number and reason for cancellation.
It will not be possible to cancel the order after the first 4 hours of order confirmation.
Write to us at sup@nooe.co within the first 24 hours of order confirmation >
subject as “MODIFY SHIPPING ADDRESS / PHONE NUMBER." > body as order ID,email address, phone number and the modifying address/phone number.
After the first 24 hours, it will not be possible to update or change the shipping
address/phone number
Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:
Manufacturing Defect
Incorrect Product
Damaged Products
Write to us atsup@nooe.co> within 7 days of product delivery > subject as
"DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCT." > Please attach an image and video of
the damaged/defective product.
We will only be able to make a replacement after 7 days and not a refund.
Please note that you can return the product within 7 days of delivery if you are not
satisfied with the product. Please write to us at sup@nooe.co and we'll initiate a reverse pickup for the same.
In the checkout menu, you can choose whether you'd like to make an account or
not. Having an account makes it easier to follow up on any completed orders and
make future orders.
NOOE Products are made in production facilities in India withGrade 1 solid wood and Space-Grade Aluminum, which creates the perfect balance of modern with
vintage. Every bit of our design process and supply chain is carefully planned to
produce minimal waste with highly recyclable and sustainable materials.
Payments
Payment failed > Please try to place the order once again after a few minutes.
However, if your amount has been debited, do not retry.
Chances are that we have already received your order.
Payment decline > Request you to check with your bank for issues like insufficient
balance and card validity. Also try clearing your cache and reattempting with a
different card or bank account.
NOOE is integrated with the payment service – Razorpay. We accept the
following modes of payment for domestic transactions:
Credit cards- Mastercard, Visa, and American Express
Net Banking– Net banking transactions facilitated by all major banks
Debit Card– Issues by all major banks.
UPI and Digital wallet- Paytm,Phonepay, Google Pay.

CONFIRMATION." > body should comprise of the following details: your email id,
phone number, order id, and the amount debited along with a screenshot of the proof
of payment.

Unfortunately, we only accept one credit card for payment per order. However, if you
wish, you could add all the products you like to your cart and then purchase them in
two or more distinct orders, using different cards or forms of payment.
It takes 7-10 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account after the
returned product passes the quality check at our warehouse.If you don't receive the
refund in 7-10 days > write to us at sup@nooe.co > subject as "REFUND."
Shipping and Delivery
We charge $9 for delivery.
Our standard dispatch time is 3-4 weeks. However, our goal is to dispatch the
product much sooner than this.
We only produce in small batches, with each piece uniquely serialised. With this
timeline, we ensure we only produce what we need; this is efficient for us as a small
brand and also reduces wastage.
Moreover, we are constantly reducing our production time. As a young brand we are
trying to balance customer demand and supply.
Our courier will make two more attempts to deliver your purchase if you are not
available the first time. Please be aware that if no signature is collected, you agree to
our terms and conditions and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may
occur.
If you order a parcel to the wrong address, the package will be returned to us.
Once received and refunded, you can re-order the item(s). Please note that the
shipping fee to redirect is not refundable.
Return
Returning a product is always possible by sending the product(s) back to us within 7days, starting from the moment you receive your order.Item(s) should be:
Clean and unused.
Should be packed in the original box/packaging that it was delivered in.

Pack up your return in the original box/packaging > Click on the link below and follow the steps.
Create a Return
We aim to process all returns within 3 business days of receiving them > You will
receive a final confirmation when your refund has been issued or your exchange has
been shipped. Please allow a few days for the refund to be visible in your bank
account.
