CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled only prior to dispatch from our warehouse. Once an order has been picked, packed, and handed to our courier, it is no longer eligible for cancellation under any circumstance including delays arising from unforeseen transit conditions.
To request a cancellation, write to us at sup@nooe.co with your order number at the earliest opportunity. We will confirm whether your order has been dispatched and advise accordingly.
Please note that cancellations do not attract a monetary refund. In the event of a successful cancellation, you may:
- Opt for a credit note to the value of your purchase, redeemable against any future order on global.nooe.co, valid for 2 months from the date of issue.
No refunds are issued on cancelled orders.
