General Terms of Sale

us.nooe.co-Palindrome Design India Private Limited

These General Terms of Sale govern every purchase made through us.nooe.co by you, the customer. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. We recommend retaining a copy for your records.

us.nooe.co is operated by Palindrome Design India Private Limited ("NOOE", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in India with its registered office at H. No. 57, First Floor, Flat No. 2, Khasra No. 363, Village Sultanpur, New Delhi, Delhi 110030, India.

Products

NOOE offers a curated range of premium lifestyle products - stationery, desk accessories, writing instruments, bags, and soft goods - available for purchase through us.nooe.co. All products are fulfilled from our New Delhi facility and shipped internationally.

Product images and descriptions on the Store are for illustrative purposes. While we take every care to present our products accurately, slight variations in colour or texture may occur due to screen display settings. These do not constitute a defect.

Stock availability is displayed at the time of ordering. NOOE reserves the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time without notice.

Pricing and Currency

All prices displayed on the Store are shown in the local currency of your market - AED for UAE and GCC, GBP for United Kingdom, EUR for Europe, HKD for Hong Kong, and USD for all other markets. Prices are inclusive of applicable duties and taxes. Shipping charges are calculated separately and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Your order confirmation and invoice will display both your local market currency and the USD equivalent for reference.

Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time of checkout. Once your order is placed and confirmed, your price is locked.

Placing an Order

To place an order on us.nooe.co, simply select your product, add it to your cart, enter your shipping details, review your order summary including all applicable shipping charges, and confirm payment. You will receive an order confirmation by email upon successful placement. This confirmation constitutes the acceptance of your order by NOOE and forms a binding agreement between you and us.

NOOE reserves the right to cancel or decline any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where a product is unavailable, where payment cannot be verified, or where an order is suspected to involve fraudulent activity. In such cases, you will be notified and any payment taken will be refunded in full.

There are no purchase quantity limits per customer or per order.

Order Modifications

Orders cannot be modified once placed. If you need to make a change, you must cancel your order and place a new one, provided your order has not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, write to globalsupport@nooe.co with your order number within 48 hours.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through our authorised payment partner. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. NOOE does not store your card details. All transactions are encrypted and handled in accordance with applicable security standards.

By confirming your order, you authorise NOOE to charge the full order amount, including any applicable shipping charges, to your selected payment method. Your card will be charged at the time of order placement.

Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped from our New Delhi facility via ShipGlobal for international markets and Aramex for GCC. All orders are delivered on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis - import duties and customs fees are absorbed by NOOE. No additional charges will be levied at the point of delivery.

Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery address and order details, and are displayed at checkout for your confirmation before the order is placed.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout. NOOE is not liable for delays caused by customs processing, carrier disruption, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only prior to dispatch from our warehouse. Once an order has been picked, packed, and handed to our courier, it is no longer eligible for cancellation under any circumstance including delays arising from unforeseen transit conditions.

To request a cancellation, write to globalsupport@nooe.co with your order number at the earliest opportunity. We will confirm whether your order has been dispatched and advise accordingly.

Cancellations do not attract a monetary refund. In the event of a successful cancellation, you may exchange your order for any product of equal or greater value, with the difference payable at the time of exchange, or opt for a credit note to the value of your purchase, redeemable against any future order on global.nooe.co, valid for 2 months from the date of issue.

No cash or card refunds are issued on cancelled orders. Shipping charges on exchanges arising from cancellations are borne by the customer in both directions.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Our full Returns, Exchange and Refund Policy is available at us.nooe.co/policies/refund-policy and forms part of these Terms. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out therein.

In summary - returns are accepted exclusively where a product arrives in a damaged or defective condition, reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and subject to written approval from our team. Personalised, embossed, and imperfect products are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstance.

EU and UK Statutory Withdrawal Right

If you are a consumer ordinarily resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To exercise this right, write to globalsupport@nooe.co within 14 days of delivery. The product must be returned in original, unused condition at your own cost. A full refund including standard delivery charges will be issued within 14 days of receipt. This right does not apply to personalised or embossed products.

2-Year Craft Guarantee

Every NOOE product is backed by a 2-year craft guarantee from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects including stitching failure, binding separation, and hardware or clasp malfunction. To make a claim, write to globalsupport@nooe.co with your order number and photographs of the issue. The guarantee does not cover normal wear, natural patina development, or damage caused after delivery.

B2B and Corporate Purchases

us.nooe.co is a direct-to-consumer platform. Purchases intended for resale are not permitted through the main store. For corporate gifting and B2B enquiries, please visit our dedicated B2B page at us.nooe.co/pages/corporate or write to us at globalsupport@nooe.co.

Intellectual Property

All content on us.nooe.co - product designs, photography, copy, trademarks, and branding - is the property of NOOE or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NOOE's total liability in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product. NOOE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss of any kind. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. EU and UK customers retain all statutory consumer rights.

Personal Data

We collect and process your personal data to fulfil your order and provide you with the best possible experience. Our full Privacy Policy, including your rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA, is available at us.nooe.co/policies/privacy-policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Consumers in the European Union and United Kingdom retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections under their local law. For all other customers, any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

Changes to These Terms

NOOE may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Store following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the most recent version.
