About this Product

The writing surface changes everything. Too smooth and the pen slides without feedback. Too rough and it catches and drags. Munken's 120 GSM ivory stock sits exactly where it should, enough texture to give the pen something to grip, smooth enough to let a line move without resistance. The ivory tone is warmer than white and easier on the eye through a long session. It is the kind of paper that makes you want to fill the page before you have decided what to say. Terra Notes come in two sets. The Multiscape brings four notebooks together, each carrying a different interior print for a different mode of thinking. The Plain set is for the person who prefers a blank stage. Both are saddle-stitched, softcover, and built to travel. Different notebooks for different states of mind, the right one is always the one in front of you.

The softest thing on your desk

Munken 120 GSM Ivory Stock

Made in Sweden, Munken is a benchmark paper in design and publishing. The kind of paper you notice within the first line, and stop noticing after that because everything just works.

Multiscape Set — Four Interior Prints

Four notebooks, each built for a different kind of thinking. A complete thinking system in one set.

Saddle Stitch Binding

Terra Notes are bound with a traditional saddle stitch, the construction that keeps a notebook open and flat from cover to cover. No spine to crack, no pages pulling loose. It disappears once you are inside the work.

Multiscape Set: Four Interior Prints

Four notebooks, each built for a different kind of thinking. Ruled for linear notes and writing. Dot Grid for sketching and flexible notation. Checked for layout and precise measurement. Isometric for spatial and structural ideas. A complete thinking system in one set.

Plain Set

The same Munken stock and saddle stitch construction with no print. A surface without suggestion. For the person who prefers to set their own structure and let the thinking find its own shape.
